My adult life/career has been spent in the aviation industry. For this, I attended Transport Canada Training Institute and studied Air Traffic Control. I have been an FAA Licensed Aircraft Dispatcher for the last 30 years. For additional education and training, I attended Pan American Training Institute.
Q3. Mieshia: Where did you go to elementary school, high school, and college?
Me: For elementary school, I attended Lodge Government School (which was later named Lodge Community High School). Now, it is known as Lodge Secondary School. Because of my excellent academic performance, I was awarded enrollment at North Ruimveldt Secondary School. My family then moved to Linden. There, I attended Wismar Christianburg Multilateral School. For my first two years of college, I attended Harrisburg Area Community College and earned an Associate Degree in Business Management. I declared a double major (in Computer Information & Computer Science) as I worked on my Bachelor’s Degree. For this, I attended Penn State University (Harrisburg) and Carnegie Mellon University (Pittsburgh).
