Me: My grandfather worked in the Interior (aka “the bush”) in Guyana, South America. His favorite beverage of choice was high-wine. My grandmother used to say that my grandfather worked in the Interior because he loved “wine, women, and song.” Therefore, he didn’t mind working far away from home. My grandfather would often joke and say, “Women. . . You can’t live with them and you can't live without them.”
